Under 11's. Division 5. Home v Stockport Dynamoes

Result - Reddish North End 5 Stockport Dynamoes 2

The match started off well for the lads, we played some good football in the first half, our new player Kyle started the game and did well on his debut.
Henry scored our first goal of the New Season with a shot from the edge of the dynamoes area, the keeper got his fingers to the ball but it went over his head and into the net.

Nathan had an excellent game for us again today, terrorising the Dynamoes on the right wing, they simply didn't know what to do with him!
He went very close to getting the Man of the match award, especially after his great individual goal, he got the ball on the right at the half way line, ran the full length of the wing leaving 3 Dynamoe players for dead, cutting in from the right he beat the last defender and hit a fantastic shot which tucked into the right hand corner, the keeper had no chance. Well done Nathan.

Half time 2-0.
The second half started with much of the same effort from the lads but we couldn't say the game was in the bag because Dynamoes gave us a fright with their strikers going close.
Henry got his second goal to put us 3 - 0 up but the fight back was on and the Dynamoes scored two goals which to be honest were given to them by a couple of errors on our part.

The score, 3-2 to RNE, it was squeaky bum time but there was no need to worry Lewis M scored then Henry got us a third and his Hatrick.
The final score 5-2 to RNE.

Ian and I awarded Matt the Man of the match for his great defending and never stopped even after getting hurt in a hard tackle.
