Under 9's. Home v Whaley Bridge

Game 1:
Starting well straight from the kick off we pressed on Whaley’s goal a bobbling shot found its way through the keeper’s arms 1-0. At the restart Whaley came back at us and pinned us in our half for a while defending well we held out but it was too much as they scored another 2 goals and we were 3-1 down some heads started to drop but we picked up and scored 3-2 we had chances to tie the game but the keeper made great saves. Ryan kept us in the game with some great saves again. Final score 2-3.

Game 2:
With different players starting we had a slow start but soon got our game together Whaley scored twice but again we showed grit and got a goal back. We had chance after chance but again we couldn’t find that equalizer. 2-1 to Whaley Bridge but we gave it a good go.
