After a brief team talk the boys found their positions ready for the start of the game. We knew today would be tough and so it was. With both teams playing really good football the ball passed between teams up and down the pitch. Matthew got an early injury and we saw Ben for his debut. Rose hill were the first to strike with a well worked goal. We had our chances in the first half but with Sean and their goalkeeper making some great saves the 1^st half and it finished 0-1. A drink and a quick chat just to say keep it up saw the second half start. Just as the first half all the players were playing their part in a thrilling game of football a great and Andrew pounced 1-1. Rose hill won a penalty late on in the game which they scored making the last few minutes nerve-racking. Daniel came on for Luke and we kept pressing trying to make an opportunity then Ross picked up the ball about half way and smashed one up in the air towards goal and with Andrew putting their keeper under-pressure the ball dropped in and Ross had found us the answer to a well earned 2-2 draw. Well played all a great effort from all.
