Match Report: Alan Birchall

1st Game

I played the team that normally starts in the 2nd game in the 1st half and played the rest of the squad in the 2nd half.

Hale played some good football and have a couple of good players but all their team play with a smile on their faces no matter the result.
We played some good football in the 1st half but couldn't find the net Sammy got stuck in again and is improving with every game, but it was a frustrating game to watch because we couldn't find the net.
In the 2nd half the lads that came on did a bit better. Callum got the breakthrough with a good Finish, a hard shot, low into the net. After some good passing from Luca the ball found it's way into the net with a shot at goal and the Hale Keeper putting the ball into his own net.

Scorers: Callum (1) OG (1)

Man of the match: Callum

2nd Game

Same line up as the 1st game but a better 1st half, Sammy scored from a max corner and Max scored (and did an impression of Peter Crouch)after being set up by Sammy, Regan scored a good goal by running to the Hale area and shooting into the bottom corner of the net, the Hale keeper stood no chance a much better half lads.
2nd half again we swapped the team around, again some good football from RNE and some great defending not only by the defenders but Callum in Net was great. We created a few chances in the 2nd half but with no luck.

Scorers: Sammy (1) Max (1) Regan (1)

Man of the match: Cameron

3rd Game

We played an extra 15 mins to give us a bit more football, but to be fair Hale were a bit tired by this time but they kept trying.

Lewis, Callum and Luca scored in this match. Luca's goal stood out as he shot from outside the Area. After a few mins I made some changes and the lads did themselves justice by playing really well, lots of good passing football and great defending.

Scorers: Callum (2) Lewis (1) Luca (1)
