Under 10's 07/08 Presentations

PRESENTATION DAY, 18th May 2008. A great presentation day held at Powerleague, Stockport.

Everyone had a great time, parents drinking and socialising, children playing football and we even had a disco (thanks DJ James)
All the players received a trophy, both teams improved as the season went along with many good performances.

UNDER 10's
Aaron Hughes got the players player of the year and Lewis Wheatcroft got parents player of the year.

Nathan Wheeldon got leading goal scorer and Brandon Stevenson got most Improved Player.

Isaac Chambers got the managers player of the year.

Well done to all the players who received individual awards for the under 10's, and I hope and expect to see other faces receiving the awards next season.

Bev and Catherine received flowers for their hard work, Bev for doing a great job as treasurer/welfare officer and Catherine as welfare officer, without these ladies all the teams will not be able to play next season.

On behalf of all the committee we would like to thank the following people for their hard work, Terry Taylor who is retiring as club secretary, John Fowell who has retired as manager of the under 9's and 15's, all the treasurers in all age groups, Rob Hodgkins for all his hard work doing the website and all the managers and parents who run the teams.
