Team coach (John) views on the game:
1st Game:
We got back on winning ways today and we played very well throughout. We were
short of a few players but the players that were there did themselves proud, we
defended as a team and attacked as a team and we just about deserved the win.
Hyde are a good team and we didn't have it all our own way, they were unlucky
not to score but the way we played I thought you couldn't deny us that bit of
fortune and took the win. The first half was pretty even and it finished 0-0,
but the second half both teams started to attack a bit more and Emmi ( who was
man of the match ) kicked one off the line to keep it at 0-0. We got a corner
and the ball was slotted into the net which gave RNE the lead, after that they
put some pressure onto us but as I have said we defended brilliantly to keep
them out. I was very proud of them as it showed both to me and the watching
spectators that these players are improving, are getting more confident and
having fun while playing.

2nd Game:
The second game was more of an experiment as we tried different players in
different positions just to see how they would cope. There were a few good
performances and few who struggled being out of their natural position but if
you don't try you'll never know and I will probably try again as one or two
players can play in those positions with a few more games under their belt. The
team tried their best in the game but were well beaten but I told them not to
worry as they all played to their best and that is all I ask and as long as they
enjoy their football and not let the defeat get them down they will become
better players.
